Brake iron that is on rubber mangle and
disk print must be touching each other softly or gently.
If these arrangement is settled then letter quality can
be high. For any problems, check out “Things to be
carefull” list in following pages.
Connect to the machines own prop simit by adding second
dagger to the photo cell dagger. Machine receives print
signal each time jaws are closed. By adjusting (turning
left-turning right or by loosening-squeezing) dagger
screw, print can be fix any place on package.
If print head is out of its place for any reason and
requries readjustment, brake disc must be turned on
rubber mangle direction, till it touches to mangle. Then
warning lamp is going to be on. Both sente lamp is must
be on and brake disc side must be superimposing (is
touching strong) to rubber mangle before starting. Until
these condition are settled, printer cannot print on
it’s correct place.
Things to be careful
If brake disc is pressing too hard
- Text can be seen partially or cannot be seen
If brake disc is not touching rubber mangle or touching
too soft
- Machine prints by stripping
If rubber mangle is pushing too hard
- Machines prints overflowing.
If rubber mangle is touching too soft.
-Machines prints light
Machines waiting for a short time
This process can be done by turning off Prswitch. Before
starting machine it must be heated for 20 or 30 minutes.
If it begins while it is cold it destroys the ink and
prints disorderly.
Wrest bangle print screw. Letters and number can be
shifted by wresting three screw near the bangle.
P.S.
1. Distance between print bangle and letter-numbers must
be zero.
2. Upper level of numbers and letters must be same. |
